8/13/23 MHA Showcase – Skating is good enough to get the job done but would like to see him improve his stride. Very good about stops and starts on the puck and positioning is pretty solid. He’s in the mix and applying pressure as an F1 when he can, but also effective as an F3 that reads, reacts and jumps on loose pucks. Does a lot of the little things right that you like to see out of forwards. Effort on a backcheck, stops and starts, hard on pucks. Created a lane to the net and attacked with the puck, then tucked a shot under the bar short size for a beauty of a goal.
